Great knowledgeable people, friendly, liked the pick-up/drop-off service, liked the reports identifying what's working well and time to plan for future aspects not needing immediate attention. Loved the video of my little mini in the garage!

Spares havent arrived as promised. I will now have to take the car again to just the part fixed.They also seem to have an issue with how they store data. I have repeated corrected my reg no, however they get it wrong each time.

When I dropped off the car in the morning the person I interacted with was curt and dismissive. The person managing my vehicle did not call me to tell me my car was ready, and it took me calling to find out that I could collect my car.

When I picked up the car nothing was explained to me on what had actually been done on the car - I don't know if it had new filters or an oil change. I am sure if there had been something I had to pay for I would have been told
