Car was collected at time specified and returned same day, washed and cleaned inside. All works carried out as agreed and was kept informed by phone.Shame the Mini care programme which I had paid for apparently did not cover this service.

I was satisfied with the majority of my dealings with them. They kept us informed of the progress and were always helpful to explain what needed to be done. This issue was the car needed to go in three times before it was fixed.
