The service centre had Poor attitude unable to answer questions rang twice and did not call back very poor

Good service However, I was offered a valuation which was not done. I had to wait afterwards which was not what was promised. The price was very disappointing and unrealistic. I am not interested in changing my car. I did it out of interest.
