There was a fault with the dashboard screen and it needed replacing. The person that I was dealing with re dropping the car and comms wansnt very customer focused and very rude and abrupt. She could give a date for the replacement screen and 6 mth

Solid service and I like the video you get showing the exam and condition. My only niggle is that the dash cam was not put back on after the service and the radio was not returned to my saved stations

Car brought for servicing but not all parts available so I will to come back again. Highly inconvenient and I would have preferred to be holding advance so as to delay the service visit until all parts were available.

Miscommunication with how many tyres needed changing, car kept longer than expected. No apology, just long winded explanation as to why not your fault. Very difficult to get through to booking in first place, succeeded online.
