Appointment for MOT was at 11:00 a.m. At 12:45 p.m. I was told the vehicle had failed the inspection due to one of the tires needed to be replaced. The tire was available in store but I was told I would have 2 wait 'til 3:30pm. because of lunch break

From start to finish, the customer service has been impeccable. We were dealing with Avneet Sandhu who even arranged for the vehicle to be ready to pick up so we could still do the school run, any parent will know how crucial and challenging this is!

You did a recall on the EGR cooler and then MOT it , it failed on the yellow light being on and then you asked for 150 to diagnose it as it hadnt gone out once EGR replaced
