Melina was an excellent sales representative, she made the process a enjoyable and was super friendly and available for any questions i had. Only thing that wasn't great was the delay in getting my vehicle but this was out of the centres control

Again really impressed with the deal that Malaika managed to put together. with her manager she immediately improved upon the offer that my current Ford dealership had offered me for my Focus.Particularly good was including Insurance and service plan

I had two test drives as the manual car was withdrawn from production so arranged to test drive the automatic. Malaika was so helpful.

When I arranged the service I was informed the work was covered by my service plan. I arrived at Mini Berry and was informed the work would not be covered by the service plan - if I had known this I may have chosen an alternative garage.

Had booked in, two weeks previously, for an MOT at 10.30am. Arrived and handed car over at 10am. Requested complimentary car wash. Waited in showroom. Didn't get car back until 1pm. Not too happy.
