Dropped the car off in the morning, received a phone call when ready to collect and it had been cleaned inside and out
I was given different information when I made an enquiry.Was even told why do I keep on ringing.I made sure when I booked my car , not to change my radio station,put computer status back to where it was.But everything was changed.
I was always updated on the process of repairing my vehicle, staff were very polite and time efficient.

When I asked a simple question, the manner and tone was very dismissive and almost trying to cover the fact that they had done nothing wrong. To be honest it gave me no confidence that they actually serviced my car.
2nd Service we have had done on our car and have excellent customer relations both times - this time due to being short staffed I was kept in the loop at all times & having the car valeted to finish was an added bonus

Car in 7.30am and returned 2.30pm still dirty and displayed red warning light about brake wear that I had mentioned earlier - so not sure what had been done!. Uncertain I ought to have been charged for brake fluid as lady had told me in tlc in 2018.

5 hours wait for service reception call back and no car wash. Everybody I dealt with was pleasant and polite but these 2 things are not difficult and I think suggest a clear organisational problem at this branch.
