Very happy about the booking in process and also very happy with the Service Reception when checking in. The lady was very helpful indeed and intriduced me to service reception. The service reception Cameron kept me fully informed at all times.

I had a really bad experience with a service booking agent which leads to an intimidating journey for me. However, I addressed this issue to a Berry Heathrow service dept manager.
